My biggest disappointment of summer 2011: Adam abdicating the challenges on "Man v. Food."

Had it running in the background and it looked pretty awful. I'm sure they'll abandon this idea soon, though I'm sure his physician is breathing a sigh of relief

and they changed the title to "Man v. Food Nation" :roll:

However, it seems there will still be challenges, just not Adam doing them. And I have to post the first link Google gave me on the new season from the Deseret News - which was very concerned about the college kid trying to eat 6 pounds of grilled cheese sandwiches taking the Lord's name in vain and the ubiquitous presence of "immodesty" amongst the crowd watching...egads!!

Well the Des News is owned by, and shares the editorial viewpoint of, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which frowns upon cursing and (though you would be unable to discern this by looking at many church-going Utahns) overconsumption of food.
